As I always say, nutrition is a crucial part in gaining weight and specifically, weight in your glutes. Having a program that targets your lower body is of course very essential for growth, however, a healthy diet full of eating the correct foods that aid in growth is one of the most effective ways to achieve your goals. The key to gaining muscle is eating a caloric surplus which I speak about a lot in my meal guides. This means eating more than what you would normally eat in a day.
Consume calories from foods that will help aid you in gaining healthy muscle, especially in certain areas. You should make sure to you are eating enough calories a day that give you the right fuel to gain muscle. Tracking the number of calories and foods I eat daily has been essential for me. You can use fitness tracking apps or track your calories daily by yourself.

As stated above, a program that focuses on your glutes, weightlifting, and a healthy diet with the correct foods is essential in building your booty. The foods that aid in this growth include leafy greens, whole grains like oatmeal and brown rice, salmon, chicken breast, eggs, different types of seeds and nuts, quinoa, avocado, Greek yogurt, nut butter, etc. I also recommended a vegan protein powder to make protein shakes. That has been helpful for me. It’s also an easy way to add extra protein and calories in your regime per day.
Remember, it is also fine to have a cheat meal and to eat what you WANT to eat. A huge way to stay on track is to treat yourself with the foods you enjoy occasionally and even healthier choices daily. This will prevent you from indulging later on (guilty haha). This includes foods such as dark chocolate, peanut butter, certain types of ice cream, etc. Incorporate these healthy food items mentioned in this post as apart of your nutrition plan, be consistent and you will see the progress in not only your lower body but overall as a whole. Let’s SLAY!
