You will receive a full 8-week personalized meal plan tailored specifically to your needs & fitness goals. You will also receive a grocery list, personal macro counting, calorie counting, etc.
Support
All mentees will receive an initial 1-hour fitness coaching call (date picked upon purchase of 1:1 training) to talk in depth about fitness goals then will receive weekly check ins via text/chat
MOTIVATION
You will also receive 24/7 mentee support and weekly personal check ins via text/chat where we will talk about your progress and I will answer any questions you have
knowledge
