This is a 4-week full body gym guide to help you grow your muscles, build booty and to get toned. In this program I give you 5 full body workout sessions per week focusing on each major muscle group for overall mass. I also include HIIT/ cardio and core training for burning fat. This program includes a grocery list along with fitness tips and information as well. After this program is completed, feel free to repeat it and even switch up the weeks and sessions to your liking.
