This is a 4-week lower body gym guide is to help you grow your muscles and to get toned. In this program I give you give you 3 full lower body workout sessions per week focusing on glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves and overall leg mass. I also include HIIT/ cardio and core training. This program includes a full grocery list and fitness tips as well. After this program is completed, please feel free to repeat it and even switch up the weeks and sessions to your liking.
